Please check our Size Guide carefully before ordering. Returns are accepted only if the product arrives defective or damaged.

Return window

You have 12 days from the day you receive your order to report a defective or damaged item.

How to request a return

1. Email support@soccer04.co.uk with your order number.
2. Attach clear photos showing the defect or damage.
3. We’ll confirm the fastest resolution — a replacement or a refund.

Refunds

If your product arrives defective or damaged, you’re entitled to a full refund to your original payment method once we’ve verified the issue. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.
